My journey into the world of geocaching began in 2019 when I met Semik. Before then, I had no idea what geocaching even was, but once I started, I was completely hooked. My geocaching name, Oddiewan, is a fun blend of Odie from Garfield and Obi-Wan from Star Wars—two characters I’ve always loved. From the moment I found my first cache, I knew this was something I was going to dive into wholeheartedly. It’s an adventure that never stops being fun!

One day, Semik introduced me to her path tag collection, which, let me tell you, is no small feat—literally. You definitely don’t want to drop that hefty collection on your foot! But from the moment I saw it, I was captivated.

Loving pathtags was one thing, but diving into designing them was a whole new adventure. I’ve always enjoyed drawing the old-fashioned way—pencil on paper—so it felt natural to start designing my own pathtag, beginning with my Oddiewan tag. Before I knew it, I was creating designs for Semik, and the response was overwhelmingly positive. People loved my designs and encouraged me to share my creativity with others.

Beyond pathtags, I’ve always had a deep interest in graphic design. Whether it’s creating logos, flyers, or digital art, I’m passionate about bringing ideas to life through design. The transition from traditional drawing to digital design felt like a natural evolution for me. Now, I’m excited to offer my skills not just for pathtags but for all kinds of graphic design projects.
